To keep our services convenient and affordable, our warehouse is not open to the public for traditional business hours.  Our orders are facilitated online and finalized with one of our property stylists by phone.

If you attend one of our special events, we are located at 7850 South Dean Martin Drive Suite 506 Las Vegas, NV 89139. We are on Dean Martin near Blue Diamond just off the I15 freeway.

Our rental pricing is based on a two month minimum, but we will tailor a rental to fit your specific needs.   You may contact us by email at for information about short-term rentals for special events and movie shoots.

All orders are placed online through our convenient shopping service.  No payments are collected online at the time the order is placed. Once the order is submitted online, it is received by our Team for processing.   You will then receive an email with our Rental Agreement, credit card authorization form and/or Zelle payment instructions for the Legal Home Owner/Seller to complete and return.

The initial payment includes the first two month’s rent, delivery charges and taxes.  After the initial 2 month rental period, the staging may be renewed on a month to month basis.

The order can usually be processed and delivered within 3 to 4 business days.  Once the signed rental agreement has been returned and the order has been paid for, a property stylist will contact you to finalize the order and determine a delivery schedule.  

The delivery fee is based on distance from our showroom and the time involved for the crew.  It usually varies between $150 to $300 each way in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas.    Muli-Level Properties and High Rise condos will incur an additional fee.

Our White Glove Layout and Installation services include complimentary delivery and pick up.

The delivery fee includes delivery of all rental items to one ground level location.

We accept Zelle Transfer and all major credit cards including: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is a 3% order processing fee for credit card transactions.

You may also pay by check or money order and deliver it to our corporate office.  This will delay the delivery of your order up to 2 to 3 business days due to additional processing time.

Our Team will deliver your items to a single, ground floor location for one flat delivery fee.  No specific in-house placement, installation or assembly is included.

If you are not already working with a Designer, you may select one of our White Glove services.  For an additional fee, we offer set up and assembly in each room as applicable.   Our Team will assemble your pieces properly and provide in-house placement according to our Property Stylist. The fee for the Delivery and Pick up is included in the service package.

We provider services to the greater Las Vegas areas including Henderson, Las Vegas and North Las Vegas.

A good general estimate is to figure about $400 per room per month for furniture. For example, staging with a living room, dining room and master bedroom would cost roughly $1,200 per month. With a two month lease term and delivery fee of (for example) $300, the staging will cost $2,700 plus tax.

Yes, we offer 20% off  the original rental rate for additional monthly rentals.

We offer both remote and on site Design services.  Select a service based on your needs and budget.

We want you to leave the heavy lifting to us.  We have the experienced team, equipment, box trucks, etc and are able to protect all furniture and decor to prevent issues to eliminate your liability for damages.  It is our policy to provide delivery and pick up services for all of our rental products for a nominal fee.

Yes, if a few adjustments are made. The fees are slightly higher and there is a security deposit that will be added to your order.

Yes, we want each property to looks its best for every staging.  A nominal fee will be charged for any new delivery and pick up.
